The organisation is managed overall by our Executive Committee which includes a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. In general the role of the Committee is to ensure that the organisation is run properly, that structures are in place to support the staff and young people we work with, that our finances are all in order, that we are fulfilling the vision we have set for ourselves and that we are complying with charity and other national laws, policies and procedures.
